Minster provides an ESSENTIAL business to business service - the management of office cleaning and allied support services - under contract! It is not a fashion or a trend but a utility just as water and electricity. It is PERMANENT. All comercial premises must have maintenance services. The market is vast. We provide each client with personnel, equipment and Minster's expert management systems. Each contract is self contained and managed by franchised regional branch offices. From a base of mainly daily office cleaning Minster has become a true multi services provider offering:

Minster's national branch network is the envy of our competitors and when this is combined with the broad range of services now available and the quality of our franchisees, Minster is able to competently manage national agreements with flexible tailoring to meet local conditions.

In the United Kingdom we currently have 40 branches. The geographic spread cover all the main commercial centres. Minster is ideally placed to offer national support to businesses that operate a large network.

We recognise the needs of national organisations with branch networks. Many such enterprises are looking to rationalise service provision and control standards and costs throughout the country.

Minster is a franchise for people with a track record in management. A staff run business with you as the general manager from day one. You will work regular office hours. Your area managers will take care of the operations side and you will manage and build your own branch of Minster. We are the only total management franchise in our industry.

You and your administrative staff will be trained and equipped to operate Minster's Unique Marketing System which ensures your branch grows to target without any selling or cold calling. Minster regional branch franchisees have massive exclusive territories with a population of 500,000 minimum. We have had no failures.

Minster receives a 7% royalty on monthly branch sales turnover and therefore it is in our best interests to spend time building the branch sales.
