Ecocleen is a £12m national office and commercial contract cleaning company. We provide a quality service backed by national standards and support, yet managed locally by our franchises.

Ecocleen keeps over 2000 customers happy every month including Corus International, English Sports Council, Faith Footwear, Fitness First, Going Places, Halifax Property Services, Hays Personnel Services, JD Wetherspoons, Ladbrokes, Megabowl, NTL Group, Primark, River Island, Shell Direct, Swinton Insurance, Vision Express and Waterstones.

The whole concept of franchising is based on providing a tried and tested formula and supporting franchisees as they try to grow their business. Ecocleen go a lot further.

The minimum investment for an Ecocleen franchise is £15,000. Once you’re in business you’ll also need some working capital until your franchise is generating sufficient income. And as your business grows, you may want to invest in new equipment to take on larger contracts. You’ll need between £5,000 and £10,000 in liquid funds of your own. Further investments can be financed out of cash-flow or with bank assistance.
