After almost 10 years of company owned operations, Coffee Republic, one of the UK’s original international style espresso bar chains, is to offer franchises for the first time.

The new franchises are being launched on the back of the highly successful Coffee Republic Deli concept. During the past two years they have converted a number of their traditional espresso bars in and around London and at Heathrow. The introduction of the new Deli format totally sets Coffee Republic apart from other coffee bars, cafes and restaurants and best of all, converted units have seen an average turnover increase of more than 25%.

The franchise system we have developed allows anyone with the right positive attitude to join us as a franchisee, no matter his or her background. Coffee Republic Deli™ people need to have four things in common:
  • A desire to earn a good income
  • An interest in food and drink
  • A love of working with people
  • A deep desire to be the boss
We do however, take great care in franchisee selection. You will not only have to be able to make the financial investment; you will have to want to be the owner of a service orientated food business. You will have to appoint a serious key manager to operate the business on a day-to-day basis or manage the deli yourself. If you choose to run the unit yourself, you will have to train in every aspect of running the business.
