Description Agency Express was established in 1998 to provide a daily ‘For Sale’ board service to the 18,000 estate agency companies in the UK. A market which is worth an estimated 20 million a year. Today, the company is the UK’s only national ‘For Sale’ board company with a network of over 90 franchisees providing service to over 20% of all UK estate agency offices. Whilst nationally, in excess of one in every five boards will have already been erected by an Agency Express operator, others are still erected odd job men or by local sign companies that offer very limited geographical coverage and generally offer a poor standard of image and service.
